At Prema Devi Food and Beverages, we take great care in preparing and packing our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the nature of our products, which include homemade food items, we do not accept general returns once an order has been delivered successfully.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered in specific cases such as damaged, leaked, or incorrect products received.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • Product received in damaged or leaked condition
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Package tampered or broken during transit

To be eligible, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

As our products are perishable food items, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

Refund Process

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated time:

  • Please check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. In approved cases, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
